This article is a sharing about the foods for blood types, in particular blood type “O”.
It is a compilation of list from my personal experience and also “Eat Right For Your Type” by Dr.Peter D’Adamo.
To understand simply the blood type “O” person is categorized as a hunter where he is strong, relies on self and also most times a leader in nature.
The foods that affects the blood type “O” individual has a link with its strong attributes and also some weaknesses.
The strong attributes of a blood type “O” dieter lies in its hardy digestive tract, a relatively strong immune system, its innate defenses against infections, and its internal system catered for preservation of the food energy and efficient digestion.
Whereas the weaknesses that are mentioned in the book includes being intolerant to new dietary and environmental conditions, which as a “O” myself, would agree to a certain extent.
Alright, coming to the foods for blood types, “O” in particular in this article, “O” thrives on MEAT PROTEINS.
However a point to note, that if you are an Asian, you may face some adjustment challenges because PORK is in the forbidden list!
Red meat in particular is beneficial and avoid or limit grains, beans and wheat.
